As you are aware that Lotus Green promoted by Nirmal Singh has cheated thousands of home buyers by collecting Hundreds of Crores of innocent home buyers hard EARNED money in connivance with various authorities.
For Lotus Arena and Lotus Arena II, builder started collecting money way back in 2014 and intentionally delayed the execution of BBA for over a year, to further delay possession. Currently, Lotus has :

Completely stopped construction in both projects.

Projects Site presents deserted look Nirmal Singh or any one were not coming forward for meeting or respond to repeated emails sent by LABA & individual members.

It is pertinent to note that several efforts were made to pursue the matter with Lotus team, however their leadership team didn't show any interest.
