Lotus Arena Buyers Association ( LABA) is an association of Flat Buyers formed to protect interest of Flat Buyers in Lotus Arena phase 1 & 2.
LABA is now a legally Registered Association- Registered under Delhi Society Registration Act.
As per terms of LABA Byelaws registered with Sub Registrar Delhi- membership of LABA is open by :

1. Payment of one time Membership fee of Rs 1500.00 & Annual Subscription of Rs 4000.00
2. Formal Application
